Why we started
Setting up a company should be the easy part of starting a business. For a lot of people it is not. The state forms are fine, but then comes the EIN that takes six weeks by fax when you have no Social Security number, the Form 5472 nobody mentioned until the IRS letter arrived, and the formation site that advertised a price and then added three more at checkout.
We started Digitixer to do the paperwork properly and price it honestly. Every package shows the government fee inside the price, every page says what you get and what you do not, and nothing is filed until you have seen the details and said yes.

Who we work with
About half our clients live in the United States. The other half live somewhere else and want a US or UK company to sell online, take payments or work with American clients. The second group has the harder paperwork, and that is where we are most useful.
Who does the work
Company filings, EIN applications, annual reports and copyright registrations are prepared and filed by our own team. Trademark applications are filed by a US licensed trademark attorney we work with, because the USPTO requires one for any applicant based outside the United States. ITIN applications are certified by an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent, so you never post your original passport. Form 5472 filings are prepared by a tax preparer we work with.

We do not give legal, tax or financial advice, and buying from us does not create an attorney client relationship. Trademark applications are filed by a US licensed attorney we work with. What you get back
Every document by email as soon as it is issued, and a printed folder with the originals posted to you. People keep the folder for the bank, the accountant and the day someone asks for proof the company exists.
