Before you order

If you are not sure which package you need, tell us three things: where you live, what the business does, and where you sell. That is usually enough for us to point you at the right one, including when the cheaper one is plenty.

About an order you have placed

• Include your order number
• If we asked you a question, reply to that email so the thread stays together
• If a government office has written to you, send us a photo or scan of the letter

How fast we answer

Email is usually answered within a few hours and always within one working day. The phone is answered at any hour, including weekends. If nobody picks up, leave a number and we call back the same day.

Please do not email us

• A full Social Security number or ITIN in the body of an email
• Card or bank account numbers
• Passport scans, unless we have sent you our secure upload link

We will always send you a secure link for sensitive documents. Nobody from Digitixer will ever ask for a password or a card number by email or phone.

If you have received a legal notice

If you have been served with papers, a trademark opposition, a cease and desist letter or an IRS penalty notice, contact us straight away so we can make sure nothing is missed. We will also tell you plainly when it is something a lawyer or an accountant needs to handle, because we are not a law firm.

Accountants, agencies and partners

If you form companies for your own clients and want to work with us regularly, email us with roughly how many a month. We can set up a simple process for you.
