The rules that apply when you buy from Digitixer. Plain wording. The most important point comes first.

Who you are buying from

Digitixer, trading from 16499 Porto Bello St, Bokeelia, FL 33922, United States. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

What we do

We prepare and submit standard business filings using the information you give us: company formations, tax number applications, annual reports, trademark and copyright applications and similar filings. We also provide registered agent and business address services, and standard documents prepared from our templates. We do not tell you which legal structure, tax treatment or strategy is right for your circumstances. Where our pages explain how something generally works, that is general information, not advice for your situation.

Your responsibilities

• Give us complete and accurate information, and tell us straight away if anything changes
• Review the summary we send you before approving it
• Have the legal right to use any name, logo or work you ask us to register
• Keep up with your own tax returns, licences and ongoing obligations, except where you have bought a service from us that covers a specific one

Filings go to government offices with your details, and many are signed under penalty of perjury or similar. You are responsible for the truth of what you tell us.

Outcomes we do not control

States, Companies House, the IRS, the USPTO, the UK IPO, the EUIPO, the Copyright Office and banks make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee that a company name will be accepted, a trademark will register, an ITIN will be issued, a bank will open an account, or any office will act within a particular time.

Partners

Some services are completed by independent professionals we work with. Trademark filings are made by a US licensed trademark attorney, and where a filing is outside the US, by a qualified local representative. ITIN documents are certified by an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent. Form 5472 filings are prepared by a tax preparer. By ordering these services you authorise us to share the information they need with them.

Prices

Prices are in United States dollars and include the government fee stated on each product page. Where the official fee is set in pounds or euros, we have converted it at the time of pricing and we absorb exchange rate changes. If a government office raises its fee after you have paid but before we file, we pay the difference. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.

Registered agent and address services

These run for twelve months from the date they start and renew only if you choose to renew. If a yearly service ends and is not renewed, we will resign as agent or stop receiving mail after giving you thirty days' notice, and you must appoint a new agent so your company stays in good standing.

Cancellations and refunds

Our liability

If we make a mistake in a filing, we will correct and refile it at our cost, including any repeat government fee caused by our error. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information you gave us, by a decision of a government office or bank, by delays outside our control, or for indirect losses such as lost business.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed by agreement.

Using the site

The text, logo and layout of this site belong to Digitixer or are used with permission. Do not copy them for another business, scrape the site in bulk or interfere with how it works.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us goes to the courts of Lee County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
